Staining the new frame prior to installation
Doug marks out the timber for the edge frame and then cuts it to match the contours of the model
The edges are now glued into place and a base added to give the diorama the rigidity it is going to need as it is transported from place to place. The next stage is to make the hundreds of trees that will be required.
